I am the Founder and Managing Director of isMOOD, which means Intelligent Social MOOD. We use machine learning and data analytics in order to find out what people and customers need, and how they feel toward specific brands/products/markets.
My interest in innovation and social network analytics stems back to 2008 when I joined the SocioMine Lab of the Athens University of Economics and Business (AUEB) as a researcher in the field. My passion is Technology and Innovation, and I am always seeking ways how we can use them in a smart and effective way in order to improve our life and solve business pains.
